The ground rules for using gaskingame.com and playing Redline Sweep.
1. Acceptance
By accessing gaskingame.com (the "Site") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. You are responsible for making sure that using a social casino-style game is permitted where you are.
3. Social gaming only
The Site offers free social gaming for entertainment purposes only. No real-money wagering takes place. Virtual coins are provided free of charge, have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, and cannot be redeemed, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, prizes, goods or services. Success in the game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
4. Virtual coins
Coin balances are held temporarily in your browser and reset when the page reloads. We may change starting balances, bet levels, paytables or other game settings at any time. We are not responsible for any loss of virtual coins, which in any event have no value.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to its systems, scrape it at a volume that degrades service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property

7. Availability and disclaimer
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We try to keep it running smoothly but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may modify or withdraw it at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gas King is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
